IF YOU HEARD FROM ME

A note from
a neighbor.

I’m Ben Thomas, and I live in Lilburn, Georgia. If I emailed, called, or texted you about something on your website, this page explains who I am and why I reached out.

I look you upI check it twiceI tell youIt’s yours to fix

WHY I DO THIS

Your front door
is online now.

Most people look you up long before they call or visit. When that first look lands on a dead page, a wrong phone number, or a security warning, they move on, and nobody tells you.

So I look at local websites the way a customer or a first-time visitor would. When I find something that is costing a neighbor, I say so. That is the whole note.

What you can count on

  • The note is free, and you owe me nothing for it.
  • I only mention what I have confirmed two different ways.
  • The note never asks for a password, a login, or a payment.
  • One note, and at most one check-in. No mailing list.
  • Reply “notes” and I will send a short list of anything else I noticed.

HOW DID YOU FIND ME?

The way your customers do.

I searched for local businesses and churches and clicked through, just as a customer or a visitor would. I only read what anyone can see.

ARE YOU SELLING SOMETHING?

Not in the note.

Beacon Creative is my business. I help local businesses and churches stop losing people at the front door. The note is not a pitch and does not come with one. If you ever want help, you will know where to find me.

WHAT IF YOU GOT IT WRONG?

Tell me.

Websites change by the hour. If it is already fixed, or I misread something, I would much rather be corrected than leave you worried.

If you would like a hand.

Reply to the note, or call or text 404-558-3353. The first conversation is free. You keep your own accounts, and any paid work is agreed in writing before it begins.

THE PERSON WHO WROTE TO YOU

Serious about the work.
Here for the people.

Ten years of corporate consulting taught me to ask better questions. Running Thomas Music Studio taught me what those questions cost a small business in time, energy, and attention.

My Christian faith is at the heart of why I do this: serving people well and helping them use what they have been given.
