We start with what is already working, because on most sites that is the bigger half and nobody ever says it.
What we look at
- Whether the site opens at all — with and without the “www”, and securely
- Whether a phone gets a page built for a phone, or a shrunken desktop one
- How long it takes to arrive
- Whether someone can find your phone number, address and a way to get in touch
- What Google has to show about you in its results
We only look at what any visitor can see from the outside. No accounts, no logins, no scanning, and nothing on your site is changed or touched in any way. If we cannot see something, we say so rather than guess.
What happens after
You get the checkup. That is the whole transaction — there is no second email and no call unless you ask for one.
